We've Updated Our Help Page
We've added two new guides to the Help page on the Direct Therapy Services website to make a couple of common tasks easier for our providers and caregivers. You can find it from the main menu: just look for Help.
Here's what's new.
How to Scan a Document as a PDF
If you've ever been asked to submit a copy of your Driver's License or Social Security Card for your background check paperwork, you may have wondered how to turn a photo of a document into a proper PDF. This guide walks you through it step by step, using only the software that's already built into your phone. No apps to download.
It covers both iPhone (using the Files app's built-in scanner) and Android (using Google Drive's scanner), and it's written in both English and Spanish, so you can share it with anyone on your team who needs it.
Having Trouble Logging In?
Our second guide is for anyone running into trouble accessing iTherapyDocs. It links out to five short walkthroughs covering the most common login issues:
Logging in for the first time, resetting your password from the login page, recovering a forgotten password, using the Global Password feature, and getting back in if your account has been locked out.
Each one is a quick, visual, step-by-step guide, so you can usually solve the problem yourself in a couple of minutes.
Where to Find It
Both guides live under Main Menu > Help on our website. Bookmark it if it's something you expect to need again, it'll always be in the same place.
If you run into an issue that isn't covered by either guide, don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at (575) 523-7243.
